Excellent location with fine canal view. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful host. Access to communal kitchen with daily fresh cake. Good value for money. Short walk to vaporetto stop and dining options. Homely atmosphere with traditional decor. Relaxing and quiet location.
